Wolf Form by Ara-Tun Wolf Form by Ara-Tun
A lot of people seemed to really like my Wolves - Dominant picture [link] despite it's poor - and clearly unfinished - quality. I have even been asked to make it into a print, which I cannot do due to my sense of right (namely, selling below-average art).

Therefore, I am going to do two versions of this wolf (which, I assume, is the reason for why so many people liked that picture) and put them up for sale.

This version is of a character of mine, who is not actually a wolf. She learns to shift into one - as well as many other beasties - due to her unbalanced genetic code. However, this kind of shifting means that her other forms are what she would be had she been born as such. For example, her natural form is hominiod with a goldish-brown pelage and purpleish eyes, therefore all her forms have a similar coloring.

The end result of this picture will have a black male, grayish-brown older male and a tawny yearling female. And a background.

Well, without seeing any of your attempts, I cannot offer any suggestions for improvement other than start out by tracing. You can learn the basics of anatomy pretty well that way. I haven't used that method, but I know people who have.
